US Citizens Were Tracked Via Secret ‘Covid Decree Violation’ Scores

Share to the world...

Dirty Political campaign tricks were used by a well-connected private group to label American citizens for their level of compliance with COVID-19 regulations using mass surveillance of free people in the early days of the COVID lockdowns.

These actions should be especially concerning considering the federal government’s application of ‘COVID-19 decrees’, which were implemented without the consent of the people, and now knowing Americans were being spied upon at the time.

“Voter analytics firm PredictWise harvested location data from tens of millions of US cellphones during the initial Covid lockdown months and used this data to assign a “Covid-19 decree violation” score to the people associated with the phones,” Reclaiming the Internet reported, adding:

“These Covid-19 decree violation scores were calculated by analyzing nearly two billion global positioning system (GPS) pings to get “real-time, ultra-granular locations patterns.” People who were “on the go more often than their neighbors” were given a high Covid-19 decree violation score while those who mostly or always stayed at home were given a low Covid-19 decree violation score.”

And where did the COVID decrees come from in the first place? Here is one place, check out the Environmental Protection Agency’s memo on decrees and enforcement:

“This temporary policy makes EPA offices and the EPA’s governmental and private sector partners, as well as the general public, aware of how the EPA intends to exercise its enforcement discretion with respect to certain compliance situations during the exigencies of the COVID-19 pandemic.”

COVID-19 Implications s for EPA’s Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Program

So how far are we really away from a police state?

Recent media reports are now exposing the hidden agenda of enforcing these federalized’ emergency and temporary’ policies- that no American voted on. Here is how the ‘People’s government” has been usurped by the left.

“Tens of millions of US citizens were given a “COVID-19 decree violation” score as a result of a data harvesting program conducted during the first lockdown by voter analytics firm PredictWise,” Paul Joseph Watson reported for The Summit.

PredictWise is a left-leaning organization founded by David Rothschild; according to their website, they are pretty shady:

“PredictWise was founded in 2017 by Tobi Kontizer (Stanford, PhD, and previously of Facebook Research) and David Rothschild (UPenn, PhD, and previously of Microsoft) after identifying a lack of long-term, continuous data in targeting and political decision-making. Currently, Konitzer serves as CEO of PredictWise and Rothschild as the Chief Data Scientist.

In 4 short years, PredictWise has grown to a staff of 10 including a data science team, sales force, and marketing staff. In 2020, PredictWise made its first push into the political landscape serving data to campaigns both large and small – from the Cupertino school levy and Ohio state senate campaigns to the Democratic National Committees, Democratic state parties, federal candidates, national progressive organizations, and Super PACs.”

How they became the authority to punish Americans for a COVID-19 violation is unknown to the public.

“These Covid-19 decree violation scores were calculated by analyzing nearly two billion global positioning system (GPS) pings to get “real-time, ultra-granular locations patterns.” People who were “on the go more often than their neighbors” were given a high Covid-19 decree violation score while those who mostly or always stayed at home were given a low Covid-19 decree violation score,” writes Reclaim the Net’s Tom Parker.

“The data collected was then used by PredictWise to help Democrats target over 350,000 “COVID concerned” Republicans with campaign ads relating to virus prevention measures,” Watson wrote, adding the following details in his article:

“PredictWise understood that there were potential pockets of voters to target with Covid-19 messaging and turned high-dimensional data covering over 100 million Americans into measures of adherence to Covid-19 restrictions during deep lockdown,”the company states in its white paper.

This information was used to help identify 40,000 “persuasion targets” for Senate candidate Mark Kelly, who was subsequently elected.

As we highlighted throughout the COVID lockdowns, chilling components of the surveillance grid were weaponized against ordinary people.

At one point, a senior government minister in Australia refused to rule out citizens being forced to wear electronic ankle bracelets, even if they were fully vaccinated, to make sure they were complying with home quarantine orders.

Conservative MP Jeremy Hunt, who was recently promoted to become Chancellor of the Exchequer, called for the government to use GPS tracking technology to ensure Brits were complying with COVID quarantine measures.

“Daily contact with those asked to self-isolate – using GPS tracking to monitor compliance if necessary as happens in Taiwan and Poland,” said Hunt.

Police in the UK also used surveillance drones to monitor and threaten people who dared to go out into remote countryside to walk their dogs.

In Australia, tracking drones were deployed to catch people who didn’t wear masks outside and to keep track of cars that traveled further than 5km from home.
