Charlotte, NC — After nineteen months of continuous propaganda concerning the COVID-19 pandemic, most Americans have now heard the term The Great Reset. For some, these words ring a bell as it is apparent to them the entire agenda revolves around installing the dreaded New World Order. For others, the phrase conjures up images of the whacked-out conspiracy theorist who would refer to the latter as a deplorable in a MAGA hat.
In terms of the Draconian measures taken to stop a disease where ninety-eight percent of those infected survive, a move to a global totalitarian system is clearly underway. COVID-19, whether it was a real pandemic or a manufactured crisis, presents the perfect opportunity to implement systematic change, and move other stalled agendas forward. It highlights a nation’s strengths and weaknesses in terms of its abilities to handle a global disaster, and where global governance failed and needs revision.
To brush aside the term The Great Reset as some crazy conspiracy is to ignore the fact that the preceding words are from the man who first brought it into public consciousness, Klaus Schwab. Head of the World Economic Forum, Schwab certainly knows what the global agenda is, and in his own words, tells us that COVID-19 is the perfect crisis that world leaders cannot let go to waste. In this series of articles, I will analyze these words in an attempt to bring an understanding of what the Great Reset is, and what we can expect in the coming years. The one thing I can say for sure is The Great Reset is not a conspiracy. It is out there in the open for anyone who chooses to see it.
Part one: Initial Review
COVID-19, while being presented through popular mass media as a major, life-altering pandemic, has proven to be anything but. From the very beginning, the crisis has been wrought with contradictory information at best and outright lies at worst. From the false positives produced by PCR testing to the CDC admitting hospitals were paid to label all deaths as a Covid death, the pandemic was only threatening to those who took no time to seek information other than mainstream propaganda.
The truth is that COVID-19 is not a life-ending, world-destroying pandemic. This is something that Klaus Schwab also admits in the introduction to his book, COVID-19: The Great Reset. He states that world populations will not be decimated and mass famines will not be induced. He does, however, ask if COVID-19 will create the opportunity to implement economic and social changes as past pandemics have done.
He suggests that COVID-19 is “dramatically exacerbating preexisting dangers that we’ve failed to adequately confront for too long.” What dangers is he referring to? He notes that COVID-19 presents the opportunity to implement changes that would otherwise, seem inconceivable before the pandemic hit. What changes?
Klaus, like most globalists, is looking at everything from an extreme left-wing worldview. COVID-19, he states, has exposed systematic failures and weaknesses in national governments which he refers to as the world’s “fault lines.” These include loaded liberal terms such as fairness — or the lack thereof, and a rise in social and class divisions.
He notes a lack of cooperation among nation-states as being a key issue in handling COVID-19, particularly the failure of global governance. From this, we can see that a move to a more solidified, organized governing structure will be underway. This has been happening under the guise of the climate change agenda with U.N. Agenda 21/2030, otherwise known as sustainable development. The eradication of poverty, inclusiveness, fairness and the promotion of well-being is listed as key elements in this agenda.
It is interesting to note that Schwab uses the words “well-being” as well. He states that the “growing appeal of well-being policies” were among many of the changes taking place that the COVID-19 crisis can accelerate. What does he mean by this? Many people familiar with The Great Reset have likely heard the following statement. “You will own nothing and be happy about it.”
In my latest book, I discuss a Time magazine article entitled “The New Science of Happiness” in relation to The Great Reset. Science is redefining what should make human beings happy in terms of wealth, spirituality, and relationships. Does The Great Reset entail a plan to define what people should live for? Is this what is meant by the term well-being?
Other so-called dangers that are not being confronted, according to Schwab, are the rise of nationalism and the fear of immigration that comes with it. The United States and Europe have been overwhelmed with an influx of immigrants from the third world. Those that are resistant to this agenda are labeled as racists.
While many people believe the events currently taking place at the border are the fault of the current administration, America’s immigration laws were radically altered in 1965, when Lyndon Johnson signed a bill virtually making it a human right to immigrate to the United States. Interestingly, Schwab refers to the fear of immigration as an existing crisis that is likely to be exacerbated by COVID-19. Meaning that eliminating the fear of immigration is one of the issues that the global governing community has failed to confront.
The rise of nationalism can also be described as patriotism. People who believe in the sovereignty of nation-states, and the protection of national borders, are being viewed as nationalists. In America, patriots are referred to as “white nationalists” to add the denotation of racism.
An article entitled Political Conservatism as Motivated Social Cognition refers to the political right as authoritative and resistant to change. These characteristics are being associated with mental illness as the resistance to policies that promote equality and inclusion is attached to conservatism without defining these policies in their various aspects. The larger agenda behind this is the elimination of national borders in pursuit of a stronger global government.
Other major issues Schwab discusses as “changes that may have seemed inconceivable,” are a move to a new form of monetary policy, new taxation measures, and a new, radical welfare system. These are changes we see happening as the so-called, COVID-19 crisis continues. The dollar is losing more of its purchasing power as the price of food and other essentials skyrocket because of inflation.
We continuously hear talk of a new digital currency and a cashless society. When it comes to welfare, the Biden administration has increased spending dramatically with the $3600.00 per child tax credit. Early in 2020, democrats introduced the Emergency Money For The People Act, which would guarantee a monthly payment of $2000 for individuals over 16, and making less than $130,000 a year. This is known as the Universal Basic Income.
Radical welfare spending has been on the agenda to accelerate America’s collapse since Cloward and Piven wrote their policy paper entitled The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty. They suggested a massive recruitment effort to get people on the welfare rolls would crash the economy, forcing the government to implement a socialist economy and a guaranteed check for everyone. While the Emergency Money for the People Act has yet to become law, the state of the economy, and the number of people leaving the workforce, could prompt the implementation of the UBI.
To conclude part one of this review, it is clear there is an agenda behind COVID-19. The larger question looming over our heads revolves around whether this “novel coronavirus” was a natural pandemic or one which was created to accomplish this agenda. From the controversy surrounding Dr. Fauci and Gain of Function research to the patents on COVID-19 biometric testing procedures allegedly established in 2015, it seems it may have been manufactured to be the perfect crisis that shouldn’t go to waste.
The main premise of Schwab’s book is the economic devastation brought on by the disease and the opportunities it presents to re-imagine our world, as he says, and implement changes that may otherwise never seem possible. The biggest problem with all of this, and it is one Schwab himself acknowledges in a roundabout way, is the economic devastation was unnecessary. The economy crashed not because of the devastating effects of the virus itself, but because of the Draconian measures taken by world governments in the form of lockdowns and other policies which restricted personal freedom.
The consequences of the forced business closures, mask-wearing, and restricted movement were worse than the virus itself as loss of livelihoods and increased rates of suicide and depression became apparent. Wouldn’t a government that is concerned with fairness, well-being, and equity see this as problematic and reverse course? Furthermore, the CDC acknowledges that fear and anxiety are contributing factors in severe illness associated with COVID-19. Wouldn’t it stand to reason then, that reducing fear would be one of their goals?
“The spread of infectious diseases,” writes Schwab, “has a unique ability to spread fear, anxiety, and mass hysteria.” Anyone familiar with the Marxist mindset and the problem-reaction-solution strategy known as the Hegelian Dialectic knows that our fear is taken advantage of to push government agendas. In COVID-19: The Great Reset, Klaus Schwab is admitting that the pandemic has created the opportunity to push the global agenda, and forge ahead with their visions of a new world.
