Tens of thousands of American families continue to demand justice for what they believe are the wrongful deaths (murders) of loved ones during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Such justice soon may be coming due in large part to the dedicated efforts of two attorneys in Florida (working pro bono) to thoroughly research the criminal codes of 25 states to identify crimes committed by various high-level officials and organizations prior to and during the COVID-19 pandemic.
One of the attorneys, a former prosecutor, prepared extensive legal briefs (documenting strong evidence of crimes) that have been submitted to the attorneys general of Texas and Florida—the brief was subsequently filed with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
In Texas, a total of 22 county district attorneys have received the 27-page brief plus exhibits for review and action. Similar filings soon will be made with the Louisiana and South Carolina attorneys general and perhaps several other state attorneys general. Further information about the Texas brief is here and information about the Florida brief is here.
In the briefs, the alleged crimes are according to each state’s criminal code. The legal briefs/filings request each attorney general to thoroughly investigate the evidence of alleged crimes and if found probable, convene a grand jury, present the evidence, issue criminal indictments, and prosecute the accused to the full extent of the law.
The Texas legal brief, for example, filed at the request of 46 next-of-kin Texas families, lists the following accused persons as subjects of a criminal investigation:
- Anthony Fauci, ex-Director, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases
- Cliff Lane, Deputy Director, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases
- Francis Collins, ex-Director, National Institutes of Health
- Deborah Birx, ex-White House COVID Response Coordinator & former Director of DOD HIV Research at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research
- Rochelle Walensky, ex-Director, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
- Stephen Hahn, ex-Commissioner, Federal Drug Administration
- Robert Redfield, ex-Director, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
- Peter Daszak, President, Eco-Health Alliance
- Rick Bright, Director of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority
- The Administrators and Healthcare Providers of hospital systems and facilities providing care to patients in Texas, including but not limited to Baylor, Scott, & White Hospital System (“BSW”)
Alleged crimes per Texas penal code include:
- Capital Murder – Tex. Penal Code §19.03(a)(7)
- Murder – Tex. Penal Code §19.02(b)
- Manslaughter – Tex. Penal Code §19.04
- Trafficking of Persons – Tex. Penal Code §20A.02
- Participation in enterprise through racketeering or unlawful debt collection – Tex. Penal Code 72.04 by Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity – Tex. Penal Code §71.02
- Injury to a child, elderly individual, or disabled individual – Tex. Penal Code §22.04
- Abandoning or endangering a child, elderly individual, or disabled individual – Tex. Penal Code §22.041(c)
- Unlawful Restraint – Tex. Penal Code §20.02.
This effort to investigate Anthony Fauci and other accused persons is supported by donations from individuals and organizations such as the Fight Like A Flynn PAC run by former National Security Advisor retired Lieutenant General Mike Flynn.
Based on the strong evidence of crimes presented in the legal briefs prepared by the Florida attorneys, it is indeed time for state attorneys general to conduct their own investigations.
If the evidence supports criminal charges and indictments, the victims of covid wrongful deaths and their suffering families may finally receive accountability and justice for the egregious crimes committed against them.

The Vires Law Group together with the Chris Byrd Law firm, and with the support of the Former Feds
Group Freedom Foundation, announce the submission of requests to the District Attorneys of twenty-two Texas counties to initiate criminal investigations of Dr. Anthony Fauci and other officials for alleged crimes committed against citizens of Texas prior to and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The criminal referral requests are being submitted to the District Attorneys for Angelina, Bexar, Brazos, Collin, Cooke,
Dallas, Fort Bend, Galveston, Guadalupe, Grayson, Gregg, Harris, Hays, Johnson, Lubbock, Montgomery, Smith, Tarrant, Tom Green, Travis, and Wise counties. This effort to investigate Dr. Fauci and other accused persons is supported by donations from individuals and organizations such as the Fight Like A Flynn PAC run by former National Security Advisor retired Lieutenant General Mike Flynn.
The requests made by attorneys Rodriguez, Miller, and Byrd ask the District Attorneys to make criminal referrals to Attorney General Ken Paxton for investigation and charges, on behalf of the next-of-kin relatives of 46 victims in Texas who have sought their assistance in requesting investigation into the deaths of their loved ones under COVID hospital protocols, intentional COVID-19 infection mismanagement, and suppression and denial of life-saving treatments in Texas hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities.
The criminal referrals accuse Dr. Fauci, current and former federal officers, and hospital systems
providing care within Texas of committing crimes per Texas penal code, including:
- Capital Murder – Tex. Penal Code §19.03(a)(7)
- Murder – Tex. Penal Code §19.02(b)
- Manslaughter – Tex. Penal Code §19.04
- Trafficking of Persons – Tex. Penal Code §20A.02
- Participation in enterprise through racketeering or unlawful debt collection – Tex. Penal Code §72.04 by Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity – Tex. Penal Code §71.02
- Injury to a child, elderly individual, or disabled individual – Tex. Penal Code §22.04
- Abandoning or endangering a child, elderly individual, or disabled individual – Tex. Penal Code §22.041(c)
- Unlawful Restraint – Tex. Penal Code §20.02.
In addition to Anthony Fauci, the following individuals and officers are Subjects of the requested
investigation:
- Cliff Lane, Deputy Director, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases
- Francis Collins, ex-Director, National Institutes of Health
- Deborah Birx, ex-White House COVID Response Coordinator & former Director of DOD HIV
Research at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research - Rochelle Walensky, ex-Director, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
- Stephen Hahn, ex-Commissioner, Federal Drug Administration
- Robert Redfield, ex-Director, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
- Peter Daszak, President, Eco-Health Alliance
- Rick Bright, Director of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority
- The Administrators and Healthcare Providers of hospital systems and facilities providing care to
patients in Texas, including but not limited to Baylor, Scott, & White Hospital System (“BSW”)
The attorneys who extensively researched and compiled the criminal referrals, along with many other concerned citizens, believe that it is essential that the Texas Attorney General and his staff conduct a thorough investigation to determine if the evidence contained in the filing together with further evidence to be uncovered through investigation substantiates indictment and prosecution of the identified suspects for the alleged crimes. If the evidence provides probable cause that crimes have been committed, then it is expected that the State of Texas will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. The submission details how the Subjects in their respective roles, caused harm who were either state actors who provided the impetus for private conduct or were private parties who acted as proxies for state actors in conduct that would be unconstitutional if done directly by the state. In either case, the bad acts were criminal and violative of the U.S. Const. amend. XIV and Tex. Const. Art. 1, § 19.
Calls for accountability are coming from all over the nation and even the halls of Congress, as recently expressed by Senator Ron Johnson and Congressman Chip Roy. Based on the current legal landscape, if these culpable federal officers, former officials, and hospital systems are ever to be held accountable and punished for their COVID-related crimes, such justice must be delivered by a state or county level criminal process. We urge the People of Texas to stand with these victims and their families and support the District Attorneys and AG Paxton in bringing to light the truth of the victims’ suffering and deaths and the suffering of their families, and in securing justice for these victims of these egregious crimes.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
FLORIDIANS SEEK JUSTICE!
October 26, 2023. Vires Law Group of West Palm Beach, FL, announces the filing of a detailed request to Attorney General of Florida, Honorable Ashley Moody, for a criminal investigation of Dr. Anthony Fauci and five other high-ranking federal officials, together with the Administrators of hospital systems providing patient care in Florida (the “Accused”).
The filing was made pursuant to the requests of 32 residents of Florida who are next-of-kin of relatives of deceased victims who perished due to COVID-19 infection mismanagement and/or fatal “COVID countermeasure” treatments received while life-saving treatments were suppressed and denied in Florida hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities.
The 20-page brief with exhibits requests investigation of several alleged crimes under Florida state law, including: 2d degree murder while committing acts of terrorism; 2d degree murder while committing aggravated abuse of the elderly and disabled adults; aggravated manslaughter of the elderly, disabled adults, and children; and racketeering.
The filing states that the accused violated Florida criminal law through their widespread and coordinated actions to use tax-payer money with the prosecution authority of government agencies to force healthcare facilities and providers to give Floridians “treatments” under
“COVID counter-measures” and “vaccines” they knew would cause suffering and increased mortality, without informed consent and often against the victim’s wishes.
The attorneys who extensively researched and compiled the filing, along with many other concerned citizens, believe that it is essential that the Florida attorney general and her staff conduct a thorough investigation to determine if the evidence contained in the filing (and/or other evidence found during the investigation) substantiates indictment of the accused for the alleged crimes. If the evidence provides probable cause that crimes have been committed, then it is expected that a Florida grand jury will hear the evidence and indict the accused and that the State of Florida will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.
Presently, it is believed that no other request has been made to a state attorney general similar to this filing with the Florida attorney general. Based on the current legal landscape, if the accused are ever to be held accountable and punished for COVID-related crimes, such justice has to be delivered by a state or county level criminal court. For the truth of the victims’ deaths and the suffering of their families to be heard and justice delivered, the crimes of the accused must not be left unchecked and unchallenged.
Floridians and Americans in general are encouraged to make their support known for the above requested criminal investigation by contacting the Florida attorney general’s office by either telephone (850-414-3300) to voice their ardent support and/or send an email message to
